My work broadly considers the value of the ordinary before it becomes rare. How does our treatment of the natural environment affect our human lives? I have many more questions than answers and I express these in painting, drawing, installation and sculpture, printing, knitting and textiles.

My site logo is an image of my occasional ‘muse and collaborator’, Flora, Goddess of Spring. ‘Flora di Stabiae’ was discovered in the ruins of Pompeii and can be seen in the National Archeological Museum of Naples. The Goddess Flora has taken many roles in my installation work.
